Abd El Kader makes a room feel freshly opened up. Mint, lemon and ginger lead, then tea and jasmine soften the edges. We love it in a kitchen or entryway, and it is one of our favorite candles to give when we want something distinctive but easy to live with.

A friend introduced us to Trudon, and we couldn't get over the scents. The house began as a Paris candle shop in 1643 and went on to light Versailles. Its candles are still made in Normandy, poured into hand-shaped Tuscan glass inspired by champagne buckets, with labels placed by hand. We love the way a Trudon scent changes a room, and the perfumes that let you take one with you.

Fragrance notes: Blackcurrant bud, lemon, clove, ginger, mint and apple; jasmine; vanilla.
Details: Classic candle, 9.5 oz. Approximate burn time: 55–60 hours. Made in Normandy.
Care: Let the wax melt across the surface on the first burn. Trim the wick before each use; keep away from drafts, children and pets, and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A $20 return shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition with tags attached.
