Carmen turns washing your hands into something you want to linger over. Bergamot and a hint of rum lead into tobacco, leather and patchouli—the same confident scent family as Trudon’s Ernesto, interpreted for skin. We like the lotion beside the matching soap or on its own as a gift.

A friend introduced us to Trudon, and we couldn't get over the scents. The house began as a Paris candle shop in 1643 and went on to light Versailles. Its candles are still made in Normandy, poured into hand-shaped Tuscan glass inspired by champagne buckets, with labels placed by hand. We love the way a Trudon scent changes a room, and the perfumes that let you take one with you.
