In-Store Refund Policy
Customers who visit our brick-and-mortar store engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase, and the nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:
Jones & Daughters will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All in-store purchases must be returned to the store.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like sale items, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please email hello@jonesanddaughters.co if you have questions or concerns. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Online Refund Policy
For online orders, we accept returns for refund and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items MUST be returned in their original condition. Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like sale items, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Once your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Online purchases may be returned in-store. Please note a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and restocking costs.
